DLIN Accounting & Consulting is led by Alena Dlin, CPA, who brings over 20 years of diverse experience across public accounting, corporate finance, audit, and technical accounting.

Alena’s Professional Background
Before earning her B.S. in Accounting from Temple University, Alena began her career working for a respected local CPA firm, gaining strong foundations in practical accounting and client service.
After graduation, she joined the Audit & Assurance practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she developed expertise serving large, complex organizations.
She later held progressively senior roles at major organizations including Johnson & Johnson and national accounting firm Cherry Bekaert LLC, where she further strengthened her expertise in:
Alena is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania and a member of the AICPA.
Her goal in founding DLIN Accounting & Consulting is to bring high-level accounting, finance, audit, and automation expertise to small and mid-sized businesses that traditionally lack access to this level of experience.
Through years of hands-on work, she has developed a unique skill set and exceptional attention to detail that consistently sets DLIN apart from traditional firms.
